A sit down tutored tasting usually lasts around 90 minutes to 2 hours but we can tailor it to work with the timings of your event. We can also offer this tasting on a very informal basis and works well as an add on to your event whether it be at a drinks reception or on a conference stand. It is a great way to engage with and entertain your clients whilst they network.

Whisky Tasting Experiences For Your Event or Special Occasion in London

I regularly host whisky tastings in London for all kinds of events and occasions in an array of different venues and settings. A whisky tasting is the perfect activity to enhance your presence at a conference, to help engage with your clients or for your office party or for a special birthday celebration.

I have worked with whisky for more than 30 years and have been involved in every aspect of the industry. I used to be Distillery Manager at the largest malt whisky distillery on the West coast of Scotland, the iconic Caol Ila Distillery.

Distilled Events is totally independent. I don’t work for any brands and can present and talk about any whiskies that either myself or my client wants. I often present whiskies from places where I have lived or worked but they are always whiskies that I love. Our whisky tastings are as authentic as can be as well as fun and engaging.

Our Burns Night Whisky Tastings

Each of our very special whisky tastings is different depending upon our clients requirements. Generally our tastings last around 1 to 2 hours during which time guests taste six lovely single malt whiskies from around Scotland.

During this exclusive whisky tasting, guests learn all about how whisky makes the incredible journey from field to table and about the history of the number one food export in the UK.
