Guided Islay Distillery Experience with a Distillery Manager

There is nowhere quite like Islay not least because of the fact that there are no less than 9 working distilleries on this relatively small island, there will be 11 soon once the new Port Ellen and Farkin Distilleries are in production.

There is so much to see, from important historical sites such as Finlaggan to the beautiful, empty Atlantic beaches at Machir Bay and Saligo. The scenery is breathtaking and the wildlife abundant, you are more likely to see golden eagle and white tailed sea eagle here than anywhere else in the United Kingdom. Islay has become the eagle island.

If you are a lover of seafood, there is plenty to wet the appetite on Islay. The local fishing fleet brings in crab, lobster and all kinds of shellfish on a daily basis, and there are always oysters available for those who wish to try them as fresh as possible straight from the brine.

Guided Speyside and the Highlands Distillery Experiences

Speyside and the Highlands is paradise to the whisky enthusiasts. There are dozens of distilleries to visit, all set in beautiful scenery. We have a number of properties available to us for use for small and large groups alike in Speyside. Guests usually arrive at either Inverness Airport or by train to Inverness. We arrange transfers from either Inverness train station or from the airport to our accommodation.

During your stay with us you will enjoy meals prepared by our very own chef. We will provide a packed itinerary of distillery tours and tastings and we will provide complimentary transport to get to them.

We look forward to being your hosts in Scotland!
